Duration: Permanent

Role: Production Operator

Shift patterns:

Fixed days – 6am-2pm

Fixed afternoons – 2pm-10pm

Fixed nights – 10pm-6am (Shift Allowance)

12-hour Rota with Shift Allowance

Our customer are specialist designers, manufacturers, innovators, and installers of profiled MetFloor® metal decking, industrial building systems and associated cold-formed steel construction products. They are currently seeking a skilled, experienced, and dedicated Production Operative to carry out tasks in our busy warehouse.

They are a growing company and investing in new equipment and facilities to enable this growth, so there is a great opportunity for further development.

Key Responsibilities

Operating machinery to produce a high volume of product to achieve the organisations KPI’s.
Quality inspection of product to meet the requirements of customer specification.
Final assembly of subcomponents.
To maintain a safe working practice in accordance with all safe systems of work.
To maintain a safe working environment.
Loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods.
Packing, banding, and palletising finished product.
Reporting any issues to the Team Leaders or Senior Supervisor.
